About This Project

We got our February off to a very exciting start, meeting with Pippa O’Connor and Brian Ormond about their very first pop-up shop for the highly anticipated denim brand POCO by Pippa. Our brief was to bring an empty unit in Dundrum Town Centre to life with a design and concept that would complement the existing brand while showcasing current styles in the most visual way.

Taking inspiration from Pippa herself along with the brand imagery and aesthetic, we got to work on the interiors. Pippa wanted us to display each style clearly and for the entire range to be both visible and accessible for consumers as they entered the store. The final result was a minimalist design with and urban look and feel.

For the build, we covered all the existing walls and added two additional partition walls to reduce the footprint. We then brought in a white brick and marble design throughout, clad out the existing Till and built a total of 10 dressing rooms including two larger ones downstairs to allow for those who need a bit of extra changing space. Once complete, we began adding the finishing touches including bringing in the custom-made gold frames to house each of the style names along with bespoke gold display units, which we designed and manufactured from scratch. We also created two gold and marble display tables, gold coffee tables and two display plinths to complete the fit out – all of the additional mirrors and furnishings were then brought in and the final POCO logos and quotes were put up throughout the store.
